A word about Roast Levels.

Roast levels can be surprisingly subjective. What one person calls a medium roast, another might call a light roast.

At Neighborhood Coffee Co., we don’t focus too heavily on roast labels. Instead, we focus on roasting each coffee to highlight its best qualities.

For example, we roast our Ethiopian coffees to showcase the bright, fruity notes that specialty coffee lovers appreciate. We roast our Central American coffees to create balanced, approachable cups that taste great black or with cream. And of course, we also offer coffees with the rich, dark, smoky flavors many people enjoy.

Every coffee we offer is roasted to the level we believe brings out its best flavor.

That said, coffee is personal—and we want you to enjoy it your way. If you prefer your coffee roasted a little darker, just let us know. Since we roast to order, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.
